Working with individuals and couples by offering 1-1 sessions by video chat via Zoom, phone or E-mail. Schedule your 20 minute introduction call, based on our conversations I will set up a customized action plan. Sessions usually run approximately 60 minutes along with assigned Lovework for you to finish in between sessions.
